Table Runner/Wall hanging quilting ePATTERN (PDF file) - Summer Breeze
Note: This pattern was previously published by me under my former business name, Cottage by the Pond. I have brought it back for 2020!
Easy to follow instructions for sew and flip foundation piecing on paper and raw edge applique, as well as detailed instructions for beginners on binding, tips on burying your thread ends, and instructions on how to make a hanging sleeve in case you’d like to hang this on a wall. If you’re an advanced stitcher, you’ll breeze through this as well!
This summery table runner with raw edge applique leaves and tree branches looks super with hand-dyed fabric, or commercially produced fabric that looks hand-dyed. A great way to use those fantastic quilter’s batiks! You could even create a version for fall with autumnal colors. Bring summer indoors and make your kitchen or dining room table sparkle with color. Would also look great on your front porch table.
Your finished table runner / wallhanging will be approximately 17” wide x 36.5” long.
* This ePattern is recommended for beginners and beyond *
